Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tastrip. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU).
1. Shipment Processing Time
・All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
・Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays.
・If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery Network
To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we utilize a dual-fulfillment network
・Local Fulfillment (Amazon MCF): Orders for select items shipped to the UK will be dispatched from within the UK, and orders shipped to France/EU will be dispatched from within France.
・Direct Shipping from Japan: Certain items (such as Soy Sauce) are shipped directly from our warehouse in Japan. These items may take longer to arrive and are subject to local customs regulations.
・Packaging: To ensure secure transit, your order may arrive in a plain, unbranded box or standard carrier packaging.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
・United Kingdom : 2–3 business days / Free
・France : 2–3 business days / Free
・European Union (EU): 3–7 business days / Free
・Non-UK/EU European Countries (Shipped from Japan): 7–14 business days / Free
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or regional disruptions.
4. Shipping to Non-UK/EU European Countries
・We also offer direct shipping from Japan to select non-UK/EU European countries and neighboring regions (such as Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, and Central Asian countries) listed in our shipping destinations.
・Please note that all orders shipped to these destinations are dispatched directly from Japan and are strictly subject to local customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees upon delivery.
・If you would like to request shipping to a country not listed, please contact us at store@off-inc.com. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate you individually.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
・For UK Deliveries: Orders are dispatched locally from within the UK, so no import duties apply.
・For France & EU Deliveries: Orders are dispatched locally from within France (EU), meaning cross-border deliveries to other EU member states are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
・For Items Shipped from Japan: Please note that all items shipped directly from Japan may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery, depending on the destination country's regulations. For EU customers, a fixed customs duty of €3 or more will strictly apply after July 1, 2026. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the courier.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
・If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team at store@off-inc.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.
・Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
